Spring Back Colorado South (Colorado Springs)
Spring Back Colorado Mattress Recycling is a social enterprise that cares deeply about having measurable social and environmental impacts in our community. Post-consumer mattresses and box springs will be diverted from our landfills through our redemptive work programs and manually deconstructed extracting the valuable components that comprise a mattress. The components steel, cotton, prime foam, mattress ticking and shoddy cloth {90-95%) will then be recycled though our recycling business partners and repurposed back into a marketplace. Along with our environmental mission we are committed to hiring and creating opportunities for individuals facing barriers to employment. Our mission of blending the social and environmental aspects of recycling are having a positive impact on our communities and the people our programs employ Employment and training opportunities for the disenfranchised community are critical facets of their long term care program and for the restoration of self-esteem .We believe in redemptive opportunities for both people and products so that we continue to support and enhance the communities in which we work and live. Employment opportunities are a critical step towards restoring hope and dignity to people that have not been living with intentional purpose and Spring Back Colorado will always be a place of support and hope. We hope that the next time you consider disposing of your postconsumer bedding products you will first think of Spring Back Colorado as your recycling partner and know that through your actions of proper recycling you become a part of the solution.
